What do Eminem and Shakespeare have in common?
They both make a large number of references to popular culture, that appeals to the mass. They also happen to be the most well known content creators around the globe. Just like the way there is an interpretation for Shakespearen text, Genius interprets Eminem’s raps. Though of course, Shakespeare has found his way into our text books at school, Eminem has a long way to go.
Don’t be surprised if you hear the children from 2400 recite:
I’ve created a monster, ‘cause nobody wants to
See Marshall no more, they want Shady, I’m chopped liverWell, if you want Shady, this is what I’ll give ya
A little bit of weed mixed with some hard liquorSome vodka that’ll jump start my heart quicker
Than a shock when I get shocked at the hospital
By the doctor when I’m not co-operating
When I’m rocking the table while he’s operating (Hey!)
You waited this long, now stop debating
‘Cause I’m back, I’m on the rag and ovulating
I know that you got a job, Ms. Cheney
But your husband’s heart problem’s complicating
– Without Me, Eminem.
They might replace “vodka” with “ginger ale” but I really can’t predict anything about censorship in the future.
But you wouldn’t know that either would you unless you live to be 400 years old?
Enough with the banter, I am Abhipsha Acharya, the author of this blog. Shakespeare and Eminem have both inspired to start creating content. You’ll find the most strange, obscure and unique content here. They were produced from the deepest pits of my cerebrum.

A fine combination of biology, popular culture and sarcasm, I write about my failed endeavours and ridiculous experiences. I look at the world from an 18 year old, Medical School Student’s perspective. An ordinary Mumbaiker, I really hope you all enjoy my absurd and completely unconventional writing style.
Ps. I write poetry too.
